Aquarius Flooring & Construction is a family-operated Delaware contractor headquartered at 148 Nita Drive, Smyrna, DE 19977. We've been refinishing floors, remodeling baths, and building Delaware homes for -28 years.
Our story

Stanton founded Aquarius Flooring & Construction in 1998 with a focus on hardwood installation and refinishing across central Delaware. Over the years, the work grew into the bathroom and basement remodels neighbors started asking about, and from there into full residential construction.
Smyrna has always been home base. The shop sits on Nita Drive, and most of our crew lives within ten miles of it. That's why we run the way we do: short drives to job sites, neighbors keeping an eye on the work, and a reputation that has to hold up at the diner on Sunday morning.
Today, about 70% of our work is flooring, with the balance split between remodels and larger construction projects. We're licensed and insured in Delaware (License #2014100197), and we take on light commercial work in addition to residential.
